Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Louisville Procurement Services, on behalf of Physical Plant Department, (PPD) is requesting bids from a qualified contractor to remove and replace the roofs on multiple buildings located on the University of Louisville’s Belknap Campus. The following buildings are being considered for roof replacements: • Base Bid: Strickler Hall, Building 008 • Alternate #1: Ernst Hall, Building 033 • Alternate#2: Brigman Hall, Building 002 The awarded contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, permits, inspection, testing, and supervision (unless specified otherwise within the bid documents) to complete the work in accordance with drawings and specifications prepared by the University and consultants
