Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Plan, coordinate, facilitate, and market two in-person training events and 1-2 webinar trainings annually. • Provide an online training system that hosts virtual or self-paced learning opportunities. • Engage and coordinate a small group of adolescent health program partner (including evaluator, youth/young adult leaders, program facilitators, health care managers/staff, and administrators) to conduct an ongoing training needs analysis for the Wisconsin Adolescent Health Program. Use the results of the training needs analysis to plan statewide training events. • Understand and communicate PREP requirements and the topics that should be covered per federal grant requirements. • Participate in monthly check-in calls with DHS program coordinator. • Attend quarterly Adolescent Health Program Support Team meetings to support implementation science framework for quality improvement of adolescent health programming. • Participate in bi-annual federal narrative reports and other project reporting requirements.
