Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Phoenix requires services from a Contractor experienced in providing full service washer preventative maintenance, repair and replacement services. The Contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, transportation and all other costs associated with providing full-service preventative maintenance and repair services. 3.1. Contractor Requirements A. Perform preventative maintenance services and make necessary adjustments needed to ensure the equipment’s integrity, safe operation and optimal performance, and in accordance with the Department’s parts washers capacity/size and service interval per Item #D below. B. Replace rust inhibitor, as-needed. C. Supply detergent and replace solvent in parts washer, as-needed. The solution cleaner, by itself, will not be a characteristic or listed hazardous waste as defined in 40 CFR 261. Contractor will provide a copy of the SDS/MSDS to the City. D. Provide replacement equipment, parts and service as may be requested on an as-needed basis. Any purchases for replacement equipment, parts and services must be preapproved by a City Department contact and will require written estimates.
