Specifications include, but are not limited to: 4. SPECIFICATIONS & GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK 4.1. The proposals should include itemized pricing so the selection committee can select individual items, or alternatives, or the entire package. 4.2. Acceptable fabrication material: Cinder block walls exterior walls, interior walls must be water resistant and washable, mono sloping metal roof, 4.3. Proposals must include the installation of a channel drain approximately 17 feet in length. 4.4. Proposals must include approximately 60 square feet of 4-inch-thick concrete to extend the current concrete slab. 4.5. Proposals must include converting the current wood wall along the south side of the ocelot exhibit into a cinder block wall using the existing foundation. The wall will be approximately 10 feet tall and 31 feet in length and will include one small opening at the base of the wall to allow ocelot passage through the wall. See wall “A” in sketch 4.6. Proposals must include converting the current wood wall along the north side of the pelican exhibit into a cinder block wall using the existing foundation. The wall will be approximately 10 feet tall and 33 feet in length and will include 2 small openings at the base of the wall to allow ocelot passage through the wall. See wall “B” in Sketch 4.7. Proposals must include construction of a new cinderblock wall and foundation between the current ocelot and pelican exhibit that will be approximately 17 feet in length and 9 feet tall. This wall must also include a metal hollow framed door and exterior steps if needed. See Wall “C” in sketch
