Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor will provide balloon artists, face painters and balloon decor for game days and special events, including but not limited to the following: Summer tour (Middle Tennessee area -- exact locations not determined yet) Ticketed Sports (Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, Football and Baseball) Vendor will be able to provide quick turnarounds (less than one week) for special recognitions or events Vendor will be able to customize balloon decor to match the exact vision of the athletic marketing department Vendor will be able to provide delivery, set up and break down for all events and have staff on standby to correct any issues that may come up during the event Vendor and/or representative to be located within a fifty (50) mile radius of campus Vendor will be available for meetings on campus as well as at event locations
