The Design-Build Team will become part of the Project Team with MCSD and will be engaged in finalizing the design of and constructing the site and buildings. Design-Build Team shall: Meet with the Project Team to determine all remaining details of the final floor plans and design of all buildings, along with coordination on the location of utility connections. Determine power and gas load requirements and coordination with each utility provider for service. Prepare final building architectural plans in accordance with the current International Building Code (floor plans, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drawings, building sections, computer images and renderings, final elevation drawings with full dimensions, structural engineering sheets, and project specifications) – complete and ready for construction by date proposed. Complete all site work including asphalt, curb, gutter, landscaping etc. Coordination of all permitting, inspections, utilities, and other similar requirements. Oversee and manage the construction of the buildings. Construct the building complete per the approved final plans.
