Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1 Daily Duties: Administrative and Project Development Buildings (Monday thru Thursday full Cleaning), (Friday only do 1.1.2 for the open 20% of offices) 1.1.1 All entries, lobbies, hallways, stair wells will be dust mopped and wet mopped, or if carpeted vacuumed, daily. Glass at entry ways shall be spot cleaned. Sweep concrete areas adjacent to outside entry areas. Clean all ashtrays and empty all trash containers outside of all buildings entrance ways. 1.1.2 Empty all trash containers. Replace liners as needed. Clean areas around trash containers. Trash containers are to be wiped clean as needed. 1.1.3 All resilient, tile and cement flooring shall be dust mopped and damp mopped. 1.1.4 Vacuum carpets, including runners. This includes conference rooms, hallways, lobbies & entrances, elevators, classrooms and offices. Return furniture to original positions. 1.1.5 Conference rooms shall be cleaned which includes: vacuuming, spot clean spills on carpet, dusting, wiping tables clean and arranging tables and chairs to their standard positions as shown on the drawing posted in the conference room. 1.1.6 Restrooms and locker rooms shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. This includes floors, sinks, urinals, commodes, showers, metal fixtures, partitions, walls, door handles and towel dispenser handles. Hand towels, soaps, toilet tissue replaced to insure adequate supply until the next service. Replace batteries for deodorizer and deodorizer fragrance as needed. 1.1.7 Break rooms and kitchens shall be cleaned and organized. This includes damp wiping to sanitize counters, refrigerator front, tables and chairs. Paper towels shall be replenished. Inside of refrigerators, cabinets, and Microwaves are UDOT’s responsibility. 1.1.8 Other duties: Cleared office counters and tables shall be dusted. Furniture in common areas shall be dusted. Carpets spills shall be spot clean as needed. Spot clean vending machines. Clean and sanitize water cooler trays and drinking fountains. 1.2 Daily Duties: Traffic Operations Center (TOC), IMT Building, & the Signals and ATMS Building (Monday thru Friday); (TOC: Sunday only clean the control room, the emergency police call center area, 2 break rooms and 4 public restrooms) 1.2.1 All entries, lobbies, hallways, stair wells will be dust mopped and wet mopped, or if carpeted vacuumed, daily.
