Specifications include, but are not limited to: The SOQ of interested engineering firms or groups of engineering firms shall state their qualifications to provide the following services under contract to the City: A. A 20-year planning period for Wastewater Systems in compliance with Federal, State and Local requirements. B. Ability to analyze the Wastewater Treatment Plant and Collections System and make both short term and long-term recommendations. C. Ability to integrate age of infrastructure, condition assessment, and hydraulic modeling into the project. D. Ability to integrate efficiency and sustainability measures into the project. E. Ability to integrate GIS, asset management, and condition assessment data. F. Ability to integrate input from stakeholders into the design of the project. G. Ability to develop a Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for recommended improvements including a detailed capital funding plan. H. Ability to deliver and present Master Plan Update Document to stakeholders. I. Ability to integrate all needed policies, procedures and reporting requirements of the City.
