The Oregon Libraries E-Rate Needs Assessment aims to evaluate existing digital infrastructure, identify gaps, and develop a strategic plan to leverage E-Rate funding for optimal connectivity and digital access for public libraries in rural areas to allow them to effectively apply for and utilize E-Rate funds to meet technology and community needs. This Scope of Work (“SOW”) outlines the responsibilities and deliverables expected from the E-Rate consultant engaged to support the Agency’s Oregon Broadband Office (“OBO”). The consultant will provide expertise and strategic guidance related to the E-Rate Needs Assessment. The SOW serves as a comprehensive guide to the responsibilities and expectations of the E-Rate consultant, ensuring clarity and alignment between OBO and the consultant.
