Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is designed to solicit legal representation for IPTC in seven (7) broad areas of practice. Upon completion of this process, it is anticipated that one or more law firms or practitioners will execute formal contracts so that outside counsel in each area may be consulted when needed. When a case or matter arises, IPTC’s Chief Legal Officer, often in consultation with the Chief Executive Officer and/or the Chair of the IPTC Board of Directors, will refer the case or matter to the appropriate firm or practitioner. A general description of the services to be performed as part of any contract that may be awarded pursuant to this RFP is included on the following pages. Note that the described services are not intended to be exhaustive but are intended to help frame the project approach.
