Videography and Video Editing Training to include: The vendor shall Work closely with and support the Deputy Director of Communications to plan and execute training on and off-site at IDPH Headquarters in Springfield, IL, for six hours monthly in three two-hour sessions. IDPH staff will handle the scheduling and coordination of meeting space. The vendor shall aid in creating video content and provide visual training materials and guides for IDPH staff. The vendor shall create and/or provide instructional videos for the agency to retain for future staff training. The vendor shall Design training schedules for IDPH staff to attend. The vendor shall Assist in administration work related to the training, including printing, emailing, editing, scheduling, and preparing agendas. The vendor shall Train IDPH staff related to videography and video editing skills to be utilized in the production of visual messaging for the public. Training shall include 1-2-hour sessions (an average of 6 hours per month) covering filming and editing, as well as software training in Adobe, Premier Pro, and the free editing software Capcut. The vendor shall Train IDPH staff on podcast production, audio enhancement, recording in-person video podcasts, mic setup, and lighting. The vendor shall Monitor and evaluate progress from training programs through survey feedback from participants to improve skills over the course of training. Travel monthly for training to IDPH Headquarters in Springfield, IL, to facilitate workshops related to IDPH video and video editing skills training. The vendor and IDPH will agree upon dates. Training can be a combination of in-person and virtual/hybrid formats.
