The TH vendor shall be required, at a minimum, to provide real-time, interactive via telephone and videoconference consultations with Mental Health Services to plan participants twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week with minimal wait time. These TH Vendor services are defined as the HIPAA-compliant delivery of health care services such as diagnosis, consultation, or treatment through the use of interactive audio, video, or other electronic media to improve a person’s health and well-being. The TH Vendor should note if texting services are also available. Additional optional services/specialties may include but are not limited to the following: Mental Health Counseling Primary Care Provider Psychiatrist Specialist – Dermatology Any additional services/specialties a TH vendor would like to propose should be included in the vendor’s answers to the questionnaire in Section 4 and clearly defined in the proposed fee schedule. TBR reserves the right to incorporate additional services provided by the selected TH vendor during contract negotiations. The mobile application must be available for download for both Apple® and Android® powered devices, and fully functional when using prominently available data connection. Should a consultation be disconnected unexpectedly prior to completion of the consultation, the TH vendor will be required to follow-up with the participant within twenty-four hours.
