Specifications include, but are not limited to: Dorchester County is seeking quotes for clearing and grading of approximately two (2) acres of County property near the Winding Woods campus in St. George, SC to include, but not be limited to the following: 1. Clearing and grading of approximately 2 acres on both sides of the ditch, as shown in the attached aerial map. 2. Contractor is responsible for removal and disposal of vegetation (burning allowed). 3. Site must be graded to allow for proper drainage. This includes partial removal of spoil piles to allow for drainage from “behind” spoil piles into the ditch. 4. Application of hydroseed using a “contractor’s mix” of seed and fertilizer will be needed. Nearby pond and/or fire hydrant can be used as source for water.
