Machine shall be equipped with Steering Wheel and Joystick Controls.####Engine must comply with U.S. EPA Tier 4 Final / EU Stage IV off road emission requirements. Machine shall utilize Selective Cataytic Reduction (SCR), diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC), and diesel particulate filter (DPF) that are designed not to require service for the life of the machine. Engine shall have a water separator service indicator light. Engine cooling fan shall have a heavy-duty guard that fully prevents human contact while in operation. Engine shall be equipped with an alternator that has a charging capacity of minimum 150 amperes. Machine shall have Automatic Engine Speed Control that reduces engine speed when the backhoe is not in use. This will conserve fuel and lower emission noise Engine shall have a DPF regen system that does not require operator interaction or force the machine to be parked for regen. This system operates in the background during normal machine operation. Engine shall have operating modes to get up to operating temperature quickly to minimise wear and maximise performance. Engine has an EGR valve located on the hot side of the EGR cooler to add robustness to soot build up and sticking.####Transmission shall have an electric, neutral lock switch on the front console to prevent driveline engagement Automatically shifting transmission with 6 forward and 3 reverse. Transmission should utilize an optional lock up torque converter at the higher gears Planetary Drive shall have three (3) reduction (planet) gears in the front drive. Machine shall have hydrostatic steering. Steering knob shall be included on standard steering wheel for ease of steering. Brake mode selector switch shall have a 3 position switch allowing 2WD, 2WD travel with 4WD braking, and full time four wheel drive. Two wheel drive with four wheel braking must be available at all speeds and when the machine is in any gear. Service brakes shall be fully self-adjusting. Parking brake shall be spring applied hyrdraulically released (SAHR), engaging automatically upon machine shutdown.###
