Specifications include, but are not limited to: This RFP is being issued in support of KUMC’s voice infrastructure. KUMC Telecommunications and Networking provides voice services to the entire KUMC Campus (including the University of Kansas Health System) and remote clinics and offices throughout the Kansas City Metropolitan area and the State of Kansas. KUMC is interested in contracting with an Authorized Avaya distributor/business partner that, deemed by the PNC is duly qualified to provide various levels of service, support, professional services and parts to KUMC. The RFP consists of several areas. It is the intent of the PNC to award each part to one provider, however, if in the opinion of the PNC it would be in the best interest of KUMC to award a contract to multiple providers, it will be at the sole discretion of the PNC to do so. The provider shall provide hardware and software maintenance for all existing and new Avaya products including but not limited to ACM, S8300E LSP and stand alone, G430, G450, Avaya Call Center Elite, AES, SBCe, Workplace, Media Server, System Manager, Session Manager and ESS. Services offered must include monitoring, troubleshooting, problem resolution, preventative maintenance, and inventory management.
