The principal items of work under Contract 1 are: - Construction of a new 200 GPM water well - Site work, fencing, electrical, and controls at the new well site - Construction of approximately 2,000 linear feet of 6" PVC water main under an additive alternate bid - Rehabilitation of an existing water well The principal items of work under Contract 2 are: - Installation of a generator at the treatment plant site - Water treatment plant upgrades to include a new 4'x4' aerator, two new service pumps, a new 8' diameter pressure filter, a new backwash pump, a new control panel, building repairs, and piping replacement and reconfiguration - Application of protective lining to clearwell - Cleaning and painting two ground storage tanks - Rehabilitation of a standpipe - Construction of approximately 2,000 linear feet of 6" PVC water main
