Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work to be performed under this contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals and performing all work required to construct complete in place and ready to operate. A general description of the work to be completed under this contract is as follows: 1. The project improvements consist of but not limited to demolition of existing fencing and paving, and structures, clearing and grubbing, erosion and sediment control, earthwork to subgrade of park amenity areas, storm drainage, resurfacing existing asphalt parking lot, striping parking lot, concrete curbs, concrete sidewalks between park amenities, asphalt walking path, concrete pavers, and underground site electrical service to 5’ of the building, site lighting, and landscaping
