Scope of Services: • Cleaning • Disinfecting • Sanitizing • Establishing job routines • Creating and implementing standardized, systematic procedures Tools and Training: • Vendor is responsible for supplying equipment, cleaning materials and tools that efficiently disinfect and sanitize. • Collaborate with Environmental Services on suppliers for products that safely clean areas. • Please provide a list of tools and products used by your organization for cleaning purposes. Management: • Maintain staffing ratios consistent to perform cleaning requirements. • Provide staffing for seven (7) days a week. • Responsible for all staffing and payroll to include salary, benefits, taxes and insurance. • Perform quality control inspections. • Consistent training on systems, procedures, tools to reinforce safety practices to meet CMS regulatory requirements and policies for nursing homes and assisted living communities is required. • Monthly review with senior management at Rockingham County. Areas to Service: • Resident rooms • Main access areas such as lobby, rest rooms, offices, kitchen, dining area, corridors, ancillary areas • Tub rooms, common areas, elevators, solarium, hallways, etc. • Divisional offices on campus to include: Human Resources, UNH Cooperative Extension, Commissioners, Facilities Operations, and Delegation. • There may be a potential to expand this contract in 2026 to include a new building currently under construction. Other: • Participate in the Rockingham County Long Term Care Safety Committee • Provide Safety Data Sheets • Describe and provide pictures of uniforms worn by staff. (should not look like our staff)
