Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, labor, equipment (including hoses, heavy duty mechanical broom street sweeper), protective covering, insurance, transportation, licenses or permits necessary to perform all work as described herein. Contractor shall check-in/out with the Facility Supervisor upon each service call to provide verification the service has been provided. Failure to check in and out could result in invoices not being processed. B. Contractor to ensure that all debris is removed from the premises including the refuse and debris that may accumulate around the building and in the parking lot and roadway lanes. C. Contractor to provide service once every two weeks. D. All service shall be performed by trained, competent workers
