Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The vendor understands and agrees that they shall provide bulk container(s), and compactor(s), as designated to all service locations. The vendor shall be responsible for the provision or maintenance of bulk collection containers, and compactors. B. The vendor shall provide all equipment necessary for the effective collection and removal of Refuse. C. The vendor shall keep all equipment clean, neat in appearance, and in good repair for effective equipment maintenance services. D. Each vehicle shall have clearly visible on each side the identity and telephone number of the vendor. E. Vendor agrees to provide adequate back up equipment such that uninterrupted service shall be maintained at all times.
