Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Design, fabricate, maintain, install, and remove holiday décor in a mutually agreed timeline. 2. Previous experience in designing and fabricating a structure/display that is a minimum of 8 feet tall (provide photos/samples of work). 3. Previous experience with display management in publicly accessed facility/building. 4. Must have a minimum staff of 10 workers for install and 10 workers for removal. 5. Must show proof of a valid lift usage certification for each type of lift including but not limited to man lift, spider lift, bakers lift and boom lift. 6. Furnish all equipment, supplies, and tools required to perform the work. This should include but not limited to a manlift, spider lift, bakers lift and boom lift to accommodate installation and high cleaning work. 7. Company to utilize a box truck, flat bed, or vehicle (not to exceed 2 axles) to move items from airport warehouse to terminal (installation site). 8. Company to provide signage on vehicle while on airport property (8”x10”) 9. Remove all foreign substances which include, but is not limited to: smears, smudges, dust, oil, residual adhesive tape, bird droppings, spider webs, insect excrement, etc. 10. Ensure all work is done in accordance with industry standards (i.e. ADA display requirements). 11. Check in and out at the beginning and end of each workday. 12. Perform all installations between the hours of 11:00 PM and 4:30 AM or as agreed to on individual cases by the Project Manager and the Company. 13. Perform three pre-installation onsite visits to the airport warehouse for work and maintenance of décor, displays and structures (to occur every March, October and November). Work and maintenance to include: Cleaning, light bulb install and/or replacement (within the décor/displays), modify décor/displays as needed, delivery of items, modify crating and boxing to allow mobility while in airport warehouse (ie., add wheels to crate, etc.). At November onsite visit, install any lighting at display location in terminal (ie., display spotlights). 14. Able to attend décor project meetings with airport to plan logistics and schedule for installation and removal. Meetings will include onsite walk through of site and display locations, and review of safety and electrical as required for displays as well as locations. 15. Company will be available 24/7 while décor is on display, beginning of first week of November not to exceed the third week of November for installation until removed, no later than January 5th of the next calendar year. 16. Company will make necessary repairs within 24 hours of receiving notification by airport. 17. Maintain the highest degree of security in compliance with the airport security standards. 18. Remove and dispose of all materials and keep the work site(s) and adjacent premises in a clean condition satisfactory to the Airport. 19. Upon completion of work, Company must remove all materials, tools and machinery and restore the site to the same general condition that existed prior to the commencement of the work. 20. Company’s personnel will exercise safe and sound business practices with the skill, care and diligence normally shown by professional technicians employed in the type of work. 21. Company will not permit any person to enter any part of a City facility or property while under the influence of intoxicating liquors or controlled substances.
