Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove and clean-out all municipal wastewater sludge (solids and water) from a concrete lagoon with dimensions of 164’x82’x13’ located at 1350 East Cedar Street, Franklin, KY, and land apply it at municipality’s dumpsite approximately 2 miles away. Concrete lagoon sludge removal and clean-out to commence and be complete within a 4-day period. Bidder to supply a plug to stop the gravity fed influent pipe to prevent discharges into the concrete lagoon throughout the sludge removal and clean-out. Bidder to provide all thoroughly trained personnel, PPE, equipment, materials, and supplies needed to complete the sludge removal and clean-out. Bids to be itemized for: Labor, Equipment, Materials, Supplies, Fuel, etc. Bids to be quoted as “Not to Exceed.”
