Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1. Have the ability to manage multiple ADCRR and Private Prison location accounts with sufficient statewide delivery capabilities; offering a full, comprehensive line of Wastewater Treatment Plant Chemicals in accordance with the terms, conditions and provisions set forth herein. 2.2. Supply all labor, labor burdens, personnel, materials/service permits, reports, insurance, administrative support, transportation vehicles, environmental fees, fuel cost, etc., and all other items of expense required to provide and deliver wastewater treatment plant chemicals w/pumping services as identified for the location(s) as specified herein. 2.3. Provide bulk chemicals only with pumping services under any resultant contract for this solicitation. 2.4. Not apply short load fees if the minimum tonnage requirement per order for delivery is not met. 2.4.1. The offer shall provide a fixed flat rate delivery fee per order/purchase order. 2.5. Not deliver orders in split order deliveries. This action will NOT constitute authorization from ADCRR for additional fees. Delivery fees/fixed flat rate fees are not applicable to split orders made by the awarded Offeror under a resultant contract.
