Specifications include, but are not limited to: INSTALLATIONS, MAINTENANCE, AND REPAIRS: 5.1.1 Additional certifications may be required to repair and maintain security systems or to apply fire and safety treatments to applicable materials 5.1.2 All equipment specified shall be inspected, tested, serviced, and repaired in accordance with current NFPA, Federal, State, and Municipal codes, rules, regulations, and ordinances. 5.1.3 Inspections/testing may be conducted monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semiannually or on an annual basis. 5.1.4 Technicians must be certified and trained to perform maintenance, installations, and repairs on all systems awarded under the contract. 5.1.5 All work will be performed according to manufacturer’s instructions. 5.1.6 Warranties must be reviewed on products prior to performing maintenance and repairs to ensure City is not paying for services that are covered under warranty. 5.1.7 Contractor shall provide applicable software updates, patches/fixes as part of the maintenance program. 5.1.8 The Contractor shall re-execute any work that fails to conform to requirements of the contract. 5.1.9 The Contractor shall immediately remedy any defects due to faulty workmanship.
