Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1kit=one 40 Ib. bag of dry mixture and one gallon of liquid activator. Shall be able to cure rapidly (capable of being to be put into service in 45 minutes or less) in all temperatures to form a very hard bonded repair. To be non-flammable and have heat resistance. Shall not shrink while curing. To be self-priming and bond to any construction material. To be non-toxic, contain no harmful chemicals, and clean up with water. Shall be totally waterproof and resistant to oil, gasoline, salt, and UV radiation. To be capable of being used for shallow patches including feathering at the edges. To be capable of being used for deep pours. To be capable of being used with form or be troweled vertically and overhead. Shall have a shelf life for up to six months. To have a minimum compressive strength of 2,500 psi within 45 minutes. To have a minimum compressive strength of 5,000 psi within 24 hours. To have a minimum compressive strength of 11,000 psi within 28 days. Shall have a set time of no more than 15 minutes. Shall be on Kentucky Transportation Cabinet/Division of Materials approved list of materials or at a minimum pf phase V of Kentucky Product Evaluation List at the time of bid opening. To be MG Crete or IMCO.
