Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will provide the following services as part of the scope of work: Assist DFES in continuing its commitment to embedding DEI into its programs, policies, and ways of working Continue to strengthen the division’s DEI foundation Serve as advisors on various DEI projects and efforts, including, but not limited to, the development of a DFES Equity Toolkit Evaluate DFES progress on building DEI awareness and building an inclusive culture Upskill managers to increase their understanding of how to lead with empathy and DEI principles Provide coaching, training, and skill-building opportunities to DFES leadership to embed DEI principles into all leadership practices Provide coaching, training, and skill-building opportunities to DFES staff identifying as BIPOC to increase opportunities for professional success and development and to promote inclusion in the workplace Support DFES DEI work lifted by the EIAP Align DFES DEI objectives in the development of strategies for 2024 and 2025 Provide coaching, training, and skill-building opportunities to DFES leadership to embed DEI principles in leadership practices
