Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide engineering services to design a New Flare and the associated infrastructure such that the associated infrastructure can be constructed, and the New Flare can be procured, installed, and fully operational by August 2028. It is anticipated that the New Flare will need to handle a LFG collection rate of approximately 5,153 scfm, assuming a 75% recovery rate at 50% methane AND without the existing flare and LFGTE operating. The New Flare must meet Utah Division of Air Quality (DAQ) permit requirements. The LFG information is in the conceptual stage for the Current GCCS design; may be updated as necessary; and may change flow rates and time frames as the Current GCCS design matures. However, for the purpose of this scope of work, it is assumed that the waste receiving rate per year, flow rates, gas production rates, and time frames are the same as presented in the conceptual work performed to date.
