• Outdoor seating at stadiums, sidewalks, curbs, walls, doors, windows, trim etc. • Surface materials generally shall include but not limited to masonry, concrete, brick, metal, glass, aluminum and exterior • Pressure washing shall result in the removal of all foreign materials to include but not limited to gum, mold, mildew, oil, grease, adhesives, bird droppings, sand and dirt. • Gutters shall be cleaned out during pressure washing operations to ensure free flow from top to bottom. • Vendors shall have technical knowledge to support correct application of pressure and any chemicals used in the pressure washing process. • Vendors will provide all apparatus for safe operation at heights. This will include but not limited to ladders, scaffolds, man -lifts, riggings, anchor free standing counterweight systems and ropes. • Brush cleaning and low-pressure cleaning shall be used if necessary to avoid damage to particular materials or surfaces. • Work done shall meet all required state and local municipal applicable codes. • Facilities Maintenance designee shall inspect the work quality and completeness of requested work. All invoices will be paid upon satisfactory completion of work.
