Specifications include, but are not limited to: Design Phase (Preconstruction) a. Preparation of design phase GMPs for both scope areas including possible VE efforts for one or both. b. Working with Owner/Architect during the design phase to maximize constructability, achieve efficiencies, determine the most suitable and cost-effective methods and materials and identify the best means to meet project goals, budget and schedule. c. Develop construction phasing and scheduling strategies to complete both scope areas in coordination. d. Working with Owner/Architect to develop final Construction Documents that will serve as the basis for development of final GMPs for construction. e. Developing a final Construction Phase GMPs. f. Attendance at the County Board of Supervisors work session at the time of the GMPs approval
