Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Remove, restore, and reinstall artwork at Indian Creek Station. 2. Document current artwork placement for reference ensuring art is returned to original placement. 3. Label each figurative art piece including the corresponding attachment pieces. Will require two (2) hours of wayside access/track allocation. 4. Create custom crates for organizing and transporting artwork to and from site. 5. Remove sixty (60) individual art pieces utilizing crane and extension ladders subject to MARTA written approval. Will require eight (8) hours of wayside access/track allocation. 6. Restore each art piece and attachment piece, to include rust remediation, priming, and painting of each piece. Restoration to take place off MARTA property. 7. Restore wall and floor attachment pieces, to include rust remediation, priming, and painting. Restoration to take place on MARTA property for any pieces that can’t be removed. Will require eight (8) hours of wayside access/track allocation. 8. Install of sixty (60) individual art pieces utilizing crane and extension ladders subject to MARTA written approval. Will require sixteen (16) hours of wayside access/track allocation split over the course of two (2) days. 9. Provide all crew, tools, and consumables needed to remove, restore, and install artwork. 10. Provide vehicle for transporting artwork to and from work site.
