The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, by and on the behalf of the University of Georgia (UGA) Facilities Management Division (FMD) is seeking the services of highly qualified Roofing and Exterior Envelope Repair and Maintenance Contractors (“Contractor”) for roof maintenance, replacements and exterior envelope projects for various UGA facilities and locations. More than one Contractor may be selected for a one-year term from the date of award, with the possibility of two (2) two-year renewals for up to 4 years (total contract of 5 years), to be a provider under a Task Order contract. The Contractors selected under this procurement will work through the University of Georgia Facilities Management Division (FMD) to provide maintenance and repair services; roof replacements and exterior envelopment components including waterproofing.
