Specifications include, but are not limited to: hydro excavation and cleaning of all drainage inlets and structures along all the streets within the Special Tax District. The scope of work includes removing all dirt and debris from the inlets opening (5 feet on each side) and within the drainage structures. All large materials including tree logs, boulders or any other foreign materials shall be removed. All materials deposited at the bottom of the structures shall be cleaned and removed and shall not be pushed through the pipes. The contractor is responsible for disposing all removed materials and debris properly. Contractor shall provide traffic control during the cleaning operations. Contractor shall provide two pictures, one from the exterior view and one showing the interior of the drainage structure before and after cleaning work (four pictures for each structure).
