-Full renewal of building HVAC systems (air handlers, VAV, terminal units, and controls) -Renovation and selective reconfiguration of ~65% of the building (~32K GSF). Priority needs are: • Expansion and optimization of Nursing simulation, practice, and instructional labs (currently on multiple floors in Harry Downs) • Relocation and enhancement of Dental Hygiene clinic and instructional labs (currently in Edgewater) • New clinical/simulation equipment – significant for Dental Hygiene Program, selected for Nursing Program • Associated student support facilities and modest engagement/collaboration/study space for COH students • Office and service space for faculty and staff (CON, DHP, and COH admin) • Instructional technology upgrades in remaining general classrooms (intended for use by both COH and other CLSU users) • Selective, modest common area upgrades.
