Specifications include, but are not limited to: operation of the food service space by a vendor. Vendors can propose the product and service level they intend to provide along with their monthly commission payment (propose a flat rate) to the Park Department. Vendor can submit any proposed enhancements that they may need to make to the space, there are hook ups in place already but none are going to be put in by Parks. Whoever is awarded, would have to purchase equipment, etc and install. There will be no customer parking directly at the site of the location, but street parking is available for potential customers. Any additional required buildout of the space would be at the expense of the bidder and would require Parks approval. There is a pass-through window for serving, a patio area with a fireplace that is open-air. The awardee would be required to meet all Health Department requirements, licenses, certifications, etc.
