Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work closely and collaboratively with and under the direction of the DOH, MCHB staff to ensure that tasks and activities specified in this scope are completed in a timely, professional, and successful manner. It is necessary to obtain approval before making purchases and reimbursements. Demonstrate and provide documentation in facilitating and coordinating travel logistics (locally and nationally) for families and advocates providing pre-conference consultation and during- conference support for the families and providers attending the conference; Review the training and workshop opportunities, linking the families with public health officials at the training conferences for network opportunities promoting information sharing of public services and resources; Demonstrate and provide previous experience in assisting families post training and conferences in identifying recommendations for actions or follow up activities; Establish and identify community partnerships within Hawaii to assist the MCHB in decision-making of needed community resources for rural communities and multi-cultural populations;
