Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Contractor will deliver manualized curriculum, approved by the State, in a group format and according to the fidelity standards set by the State. b. Contractor may provide additional screening and assessment services as identified by the State, which may include the following tools, the Addiction Severity Index, Client Evaluation of Self and Treatment. c. Materials – State will provide initial copies for implementation. All subsequent copies of the curriculum will be provided by the contractor. Non-required curricula will be provided by the contractor. d. State will provide initial training within the first planning week on curriculum used for new/untrained contracted staff. Contractor, not applicable to individual contractors, responsible for subsequent training on the materials for contracted hires post initial 90 days of contract execution.
