Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this Request for Proposal is for the Gwinnett County Tax Assessors’ Office (TAO), located in Gwinnett County, Georgia to obtain proposals for a software solution that will benefit property owners and businesses seeking to view data on the TAO website and provide an online portal for filing state mandated forms with the Tax Assessors' Office. This will require software that includes Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) capabilities and is compatible with the office’s current Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) software. The solution is required to be a SaaS solution that will meet the functional requirements and criteria as described in this request for proposal. The Tax Assessors’ Office is interested in solutions that will enhance the TAO website to provide a user-friendly customer service experience for Gwinnett County customers. This solution will digitally transform processes to create a more efficient business operation by streamlining the submission of legal forms related to real and personal property and offering property data information to customers in a manner that is more consistent with all other Georgia counties.
