Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, etc. • There will be a five-yard minimum per job. • Work can include any type of concrete. The most common concrete would be 3000 psi. Any other types of concrete that may be required will be negotiated with the district on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by a Facilities Director or Superintendent of Operations. • Cost to include 3000 psi concrete, labor and any materials associated with completion of work. • Dirt must be pulled up to new concrete for smooth transition from ground to concrete. • Repair any damage area (tire ruts from concrete truck, etc.) • Off-site removal of all debris and excess soil. • After award invoicing must be consistent with bid schedule. • Rock Hill Schools reserves the right to negotiate with the awarded vendor for any additional grading work required in conjunction with specific concrete work. • RHSD reserves the right to bid large projects if it is in the best interest of the District to do so.
