• Install Approximately 1240 LF of 8 foot high Industrial Ornamental Fencing (Black Plastic Coated Chain Link) • All gates to be made of same material. The county has two gates that was not used on another job. We would like to see if we could use these gates to help save on the cost. • Three (3) drive thru gates with Three (3) chain driven operators • 3 Concert pads will be poured to mount each gate operator. • All three (3) drive thru gates shall have safety loop detectors and photocell eyes to prevent vehicle damage and injury to pedestrians. • The exit gate on the South and North side shall have a vehicle loop detector for easy and quick exit. • All high voltage and control access conduits to be installed to come up under operator. • All high voltage to be installed on emergency panels to insure uninterrupted service. • All operators to have a manual emergency brake release for quick access. • One (1) walk thru gate to be installed at the North side of building. On a single goose neck, the Walk thru gate shall have a door access reader and an intercom with a buzz in entry on both the entrance and exit side. The walk thru gate shall have a keyed lock for emergency access. • The entrance and exit gates on the South side shall have a dual goose neck (over / under). This will provide access for cars and larger truck. On lower pad shall be a long rang card reader, card access reader, and an intercom with buzz in access. On the upper one an income with a buzz in access and long rang scanner. • All gates will be added to door access already in place at the Sheriff Office. • The Gate operators need to have a fast-reacting opening time. • All measurement of fencing need to be verified. • Locating and marking of all underground utilities will be the responsibility of the wining contractor of the bid. • Knox box is required for the entrance gates. • All cuts through asphalt or concert, while installing wire or conduit, will be patched by contractor. • Spartanburg County will be given a box of the scan stickers for vehicles. (500 minimum) • Bid to be turnkey.
