Each breakout Conference room must have the following audio/visual equipment: A/V Table with tablecloth; Projector; Minimum of 2 Projector Screens for each break-out room; Microphones/PA/Patch to Sound System; Connectivity for digital presentations; Wireless and handheld microphones for multiple people per room; Microphone mixer in breakout rooms; Charging station onsite; Electrical access to all tables requiring electrical equipment; Provide necessary cables to connect to A/V systems; and Radio communication devices for hotel and event staff to communicate.
