Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work consists of: 1. CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY THAT NO PERSONS ARE IN THE HOUSE PRIOR TO COMMENCING DEMOLITION WORK. IF ANY PERSONS ARE PRESENT, CONTRACTOR SHALL CONTACT THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT IMMEDIATELY. 2. Demolish the existing house. 3. Demolish the existing garage. 4. Remove all private sidewalks, patios and concrete slabs. 5. Remove fence along South and West property lines and vegetation growing through the fence. 6. Remove all vegetation (trees and bushes) along West property line adjacent to the alley. 7. Remove all vegetation (trees and bushes) along June St. 8. Sidewalk through the June St. driveway must be saw cut prior to removal of the driveway. 9. Remove both driveways and match adjacent contours of the land on both sides of each driveway. 10. *Remove and properly dispose of all rubbish, brush and debris located on the lot and in, and around, the buildings. 11. *Remove all trees and vegetation around perimeter of the foundation of house. 12. *Break apart all foundation parts for all buildings. Clean brick or concrete can be used to fill the basement of the house. All other must be removed.
