Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Provide barricades, coverings, or other types of protection necessary to prevent damage to existing improvements not indicated to be removed as per plans and specifications. B. Notify utility locator service for area where project is located before demolition operations as per plans and specifications. C. Contractor shall carefully remove, salvage, box or bundle as approved, and deliver such items to a designated storage area as directed by the facilities Coordinator. D. If applicable, verify that utilities have been disconnected and capped before starting selective demolition operations. E. Contractor will ensure that the work area is kept clean and free of debris, as necessary, to maintain a safe working environment for staff. All debris, trash and packaging are to be disposed of off-site daily. F. All materials to be warrantied as per the manufacturer’s warranty. Contractor to provide a one-year warranty on their workmanship. G. Contractor must field verify all measurements and is solely responsible for their accuracy. H. Deconstruct and reconstruct two (2) 15’ 3” x 12’ 3” sheds in secured parking area. I. Contractor is responsible for disconnecting and abandoning electrical lines in sheds. J. Install two (2) new concrete pads at the shed’s new locations.
