a. Planning and Data Collection: conduct field survey of the existing gravity sewer systems including laterals or utilizing survey data obtained during due diligence by Metro, perform condition assessment based on reviewing CCTV and other field data provided, obtain/review public rights-of-way information in the project areas, prepare rights-of-way exhibits, coordinate smoke testing, conduct utility coordination that may impact alignment of the proposed sewer, make recommendations for rehab/replacement based on the information gathered above and other crucial information, prepare budget/cost estimates. b. Project Management: provide professional management throughout all phases of the project including but not limited to, design, bid, permitting, construction administration, full-time RPR, as-built/closeout for the recommended rehab/replacement. c. Funding Assistance: Must have extensive experience with Clean Water State Revolving Fund Principal Forgiveness funding, and provide grant administration to ensure the project complies with funding agencies’ requirements. d. Community Outreach: work with MetroConnects to develop a customer communication plan and participate in community meetings when necessary.
