Specifications include, but are not limited to: 8.1 Remove existing barn style doors and leave in the buildings. 8.2 Install Eight (8) metal commercial grade roll-up doors and Eight (8) hollow metal doors 3’-0” x 6’-8” with panic exit hardware. 8.3 All roll-up doors will be installed in the existing openings with sizes as indicated on the plans. Doors must provide an airtight seal. 8.4 All 3’-0” doors will be installed in the existing openings or cut-in to existing structure as indicated on plans. Doors must provide an airtight seal. 8.5 All holes, gaps, etc. in metal siding shall be framed in with matching structural components and covered with matching metal siding. Any gaps left after the installation of the doors must be covered by siding or metal trim pieces. Where siding or trim cannot be matched to the existing structure, a siding and/or trim alternative or siding from the existing barn doors may be used but shall first be approved by County Staff.
