Granite and Mortar Repair • Removal of all loose vertical and horizontal granite pieces. • Removal of existing mortar in joints. • Existing mortar joints to be cleaned. • Granite edges to be ground and cleaned to properly prepare surface. • Re-install removed granite pieces with new mortar. • Joints to be sealed with a bronze color high-performance single component sealant. • Priming of the granite edges to promote sealant adhesion. • Installation of backer rod to control sealant depth. • Repair of cracked horizontal panel. • Crack in horizontal panel to be cleaned and sealed with a bronze color high-performance single component sealant. • Clean up and disposal of all waste materials. • Project to be completed by March 31st, 2025. • One year warranty on materials and labor starting at completion of project. Electrical Repair • Inspection and testing of underground electrical from electrical panel to monument lights. • Replacement of wiring and conduit as needed after inspection. • Removal of monument lights for monument repair. • Re-install monument lights after granite and concrete repairs are completed. • All electrical connections and conduit must be sealed to prevent water penetration. • Clean up and disposal of all waste materials. • Project to be completed by March 31st, 2025. • One year warranty on materials and labor starting at completion of project.
