Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will be required to contact the CHP on-site contact to schedule semi-annual maintenance at least three (3) days in advance of inspection. Contractor shall check-in and check-out with the CHP on-site contact upon each service call to provide verification that service has been performed. If there are any discrepancies on invoice concerning hours worked, the CHP will refer to sign in sheet to confirm actual hours at facility. Each year during the spring season (March through May) and again during the fall season (September through November) Contractor shall inspect the roofs for deficiencies at the CHP Supply Services Warehouse, 3350 Reed Avenue, West Sacramento, CA 95605. The inspection will include but is not limited to all gutters and downspouts to ensure they are clean and free flowing. All deficiencies will be documented, photographed, and submitted to the CHP Facilities Coordinator or designee. A. Remove all debris from roof surface. B. Photograph and document any deficiencies on the Roof Inspection Checklist, Exhibit A-1. C. Immediately notify the CHP Facilities Coordinator of all deficiencies. D. Inspect interior of building for signs of water penetration, frost build-up, and structural distress. The CHP on-site contact will walk the facility with the Contractor.
