Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Services provided within this scope of work are required to performed by a NEBB certified TAB Contractor and under the direct supervision of a NEBB certified Project Supervisor. 2. TAB consultant is required to attend select MEP contractor meetings as needed to coordinate TAB activities with the overall project schedule, resolve issues related to TAB scope, and to assist with commissioning or design related issues. 3. Perform site visits throughout the project to get familiarized with the building systems and to identify issues related to performing TAB work. Ready to balance checklist should be reviewed to confirm systems are complete. 4. Perform duct pressure testing as required by 23 05 95 Air Systems Test Adjust Balance specification and duct leakage testing submittal in Exhibit C. 5. Owner is to be included in all communications between consultant and contractor. 6. Consultant to provide required instrumentation to perform scope of work in accordance with NEBB standards. Instruments are required to be accurate with calibration histories provided as part of all submitted test reports.
