The Montana University System (MUS) is soliciting proposals to establish one contract with one qualified food service supplier who can provide goods and services as identified in this RFP. This is not an exclusive contract. Every effort will be made by the MUS system to allow the awarded contractor the opportunity to provide desired food or food related items at a competitive price, however, should the contractor not be able to provide these services, the MUS reserves the right to procure outside this contract as needed. The Contractor will provide food and related supplies/smallwares to Montana State University and campus affiliates and the University of Montana and campus affiliates as requested. A more complete description of the supplies and/or services sought for this project are provided in Section 3, Scope of Project. Proposals submitted in response to this solicitation must comply with the instructions and procedures contained herein.
