Service Provider will provide the following: Snowplow service of county-maintained roads: Snowplow operations include snow removal of approximately 2.5 miles of Blaine County maintained roads in the Smiley Creek Area for the following roads: Ski-doo Lane, Skyline Drive, Tiger Tail Drive, and Galena Way, including in front of the mailbox station. Vader Drive, Angel Drive, Rock Lane and Smiley Creek Road just past the 2nd Cattle Guard at the last house, plowing a parking area / turn around just past the last driveway. **Due to snow fall amount, snow blowing will be required to maintain road widths.** Service Provider will report the completion of plowing to the Blaine County Road & Bridge Manager and email a monthly invoice to the Road & Bridge Manager for review and processing. Service Provider will provide equipment, maintenance, fuel and labor to conduct snowplow service. Service Provider will adhere to snowplow guidelines as outlined below. Snowplow operations will commence when the snow depth has reached three (3) inches. The exceptions to this rule are weekends and when three (3) inch depth is reached after 3:00pm on weekdays. On weekdays, when the three (3) inch depth is reached after 3:00pm, snowplow operations will begin after 3:00am the following morning.
