Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Removal of existing, non-functioning boiler from Pacer Crossings, including the disposal of the existing unit. 2. Cleaning of installation area, in preparation of new unit. 3. Installation of new boiler unit into Pacer Crossings, including connection of unit into existing gas and water system. a. Including the provision of all labor, equipment, and materials to successfully complete the installation of the boiler. b. Unload and place boiler on house-keeping pad that is provided. c. Interconnect piping from hot water supply and return; tie in natural gas from the source to the boiler, reusing as much of the existing piping as possible. d. Provide new emissions stack from the source on the boiler to the 14” existing stack. Reusing existing stack termination. e. Connect electrical service to the appropriately sized quick disconnect. Boiler to make use of the existing electrical tie-in. f. Commission combustion curve and tune up unit and place in operation
